Welcome to the Information Services Department of the GBC. The mission of our department is to equip and facilitate the Georgia Baptist Convention and association staff in the use of technology to serve churches more efficiently and effectively.

Annual Church Profile
Information Services and Research Services offer training and support for the process of collecting and compiling church membership and statistical information. The collection of the Annual Church Profile information assists church leadership in planning and evaluating their ministries. It also is a means for providing accurate name and address information of leadership.
This year almost 3,000 churches reported their Annual Church Profile. We desire that each church in the Georgia Baptist Convention fill out and return an Annual Church Profile form by early December. Through accurate reporting, potential needs can be identified and future ministries targeted for future growth opportunities.

Computer Software/Hardware Resources
If you are braving the waters of computer use for the first time, or if you are interested in upgrading your current resources, we can help. We are here to offer church leaders insightful information when getting started with computers; to provide assistance to churches and associations interested in purchasing computer software and hardware; and to help churches and associations save money and avoid possible pitfalls while going into this new arena.
